How do I return an item?
Once an order is placed there is absolutely no returns or exchanges unless there was an error in production from our end. West Coast Fasteners custom tailors each and every order once an order is placed, so we appreciate your understanding.
In the rare instance that we make an error on your order, a customer must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Once the return/exchange is approved, the buyer has 7 days to ship the item(s) back in its original condition. Returns/exchanges that are received outside of the 7 days will be deemed null and void.
Pre-paid services where a customer has to send in item's for work are also non-refundable. The item that is scheduled for service must be received within 20 days of the date of purchase, otherwise the transaction is deemed null and void.
